Michigan Ren Fest Bag Policy

Hey there, festival fanatics! So, you're heading to the Michigan Ren Fest and you're wondering what's the deal with the bag policy? Well, let's dive into the exciting world of bag rules and regulations!

The Michigan Ren Fest has a pretty strict bag policy, but don't worry, it's all about keeping you safe and having a fantastic time. You can only bring in bags that are 12 inches by 6 inches or smaller, so leave those gigantic tote bags at home. This rule is to ensure that everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience.

What's Allowed and What's Not

So, what can you bring into the festival? Clear bags, small purses, and fanny packs are all good to go. But, backpacks, large totes, and coolers are a big no-no, so don't even think about trying to sneak them in. You can also bring in refillable water bottles to stay hydrated throughout the day.

If you're planning on bringing a costume or props, make sure they fit within the bag size limits. You don't want to have to leave your favorite sword or shield at the gate, do you? The Ren Fest staff will be checking bags at the entrance, so be prepared to open up and show them what you've got.

The bag policy might seem like a bummer, but trust us, it's all worth it for the amazing experience you'll have inside the festival. With games, food, and entertainment galore, you'll be having so much fun you won't even remember what's in your bag. Plus, the Ren Fest staff are always on hand to help with any questions or concerns.
