Wow Air Carry On Bag Policy

So, you're planning a trip with Wow Air, huh? Well, let's talk about the carry-on bag policy - it's actually pretty cool! You can bring one free carry-on bag onboard, as long as it fits in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

The maximum size for your carry-on is 22 x 16 x 8 inches, which is pretty standard, but don't worry, Wow Air won't make you measure it with a ruler or anything (unless you're trying to sneak on a gigantic suitcase, that is)! If your bag is too big, you'll have to gate check it, which means it'll be stored in the cargo hold and returned to you when you land.

But Here's the Fun Part

If you want to bring a personal item like a purse, laptop bag, or backpack, that's totally free too! Just make sure it fits under the seat in front of you, or you'll have to put it in the overhead bin with your other carry-on. And, pro tip: if you have a musical instrument, you can bring that on as your personal item - how cool is that?

Now, about fees - if you have a larger carry-on that doesn't fit in the overhead bin, you'll have to pay for it to be checked. The fee is around $50-$70, depending on the route and time of booking. But, if you're a Wow Air regular, you might want to consider getting a Wow Air premium ticket, which includes a free checked bag!

And, guess what? Wow Air has a strict policy about bag weights - your carry-on can't weigh more than 26 pounds! But, let's be real, who's really carrying a 26-pound carry-on? If you are, you might want to repack and bring a few less souvenirs home.
